Orders from JHAAR are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. However, some products, such as pre-order items, may require additional processing time.

We deliver across India within 3 to 5 working days.

Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders.

For international orders, delivery may take 18 to 20 working days, depending on your location and customs procedures.

At the time of order delivery

If your order arrives in damaged packaging or appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery. Do not accept the package. Immediately contact our customer care team with your Order ID, and we’ll arrange a brand-new replacement for you at no additional cost.

Payment Method

JHAAR accepts payments via all major VISA or Razorpay-enabled credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway at checkout.

All transactions are processed in INR (Indian National Rupee). Duties and taxes are included in the product price itself.

Self-Shipping for Returns

In cases where a reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product back to us.
