Return & Exchange Policy – JHAAR
1) For Non-Lab Grown Diamond Products
Return Policy:
At JHAAR, we offer a **2-day return** and a 10-day exchange policy to ensure you shop with confidence.
- If your product is delivered in poor condition, or if the packaging is tampered/damaged, please refuse the delivery. Do not accept the order.
- Kindly email us at info@jhaar.com with your Order ID.
- We will promptly arrange a free replacement.
- If you simply do not like the product, log in to your account (or create one using the email ID used to place the order), raise a return request, and choose between Return / Exchange. We’ll arrange the pickup from your doorstep.
Orders with Offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 @ XXX, etc.):
- If your order was placed under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer, the entire order must be returned or exchanged. Partial returns or exchanges are not allowed.
- Note: Exchange is not applicable on B1G1 orders.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products:
In the rare event of receiving a wrong, defective, or damaged item, just drop us a mail at info@jhaar.com.
We’ll handle the pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
Partial Order Returns:
- Store credits will be issued to your JHAAR Wallet, usable for future purchases.
Full Order Returns:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Share your bank details while submitting the return request.
Exchange Policy:
- You can raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Pickup will be arranged from your doorstep by JHAAR.
- Once we receive the item, your replacement will be shipped within 5-7 working days.
Note:
- Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
- For higher value exchanges, we’ll issue a coupon code for the original amount, and you can pay the balance during your next purchase.
- For lower value exchanges, we’ll ship the item and issue the balance as store credit.
- No return/exchange for an already exchanged product. If allowed, only store credit will be provided.
- No discounts are applicable on exchange orders.
2) For Lab Grown Diamond Products
To ensure smooth returns/exchanges, you must provide the LGD certificate for all lab-grown diamond products.
Return Policy:
- We offer a 2-day return policy for lab-grown diamond items.
- The entire order must be returned for a refund.
- JHAAR will arrange a pickup. Upon quality check approval, we will process the refund to your preferred method.
Exchange Policy:
- We offer a 10-day exchange policy.
- Once your item passes the quality check at our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product.
For value differences:
- Higher amount: You may pay the balance in advance or via COD.
- Lower amount: We’ll issue a store credit/coupon code, usable on your next order.
Important Notes for All Products
- Record an unboxing video as proof for return/exchange claims involving damage, missing items, or wrong products.
- No claims will be processed without this.
- Gift boxes are not returnable or exchangeable. Jewelry items only.
- You can avail store credit only twice per order. No further returns or exchanges will be accepted after that.
- For Luxury Sets, return/exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours due to handcrafted nature.
- If your order includes a free gift, it must also be returned to qualify for a refund/exchange.
- Visiting our store/office for returns/exchanges? Book an appointment in advance.
- Buy 2 Get 1: All three products must be returned/exchanged together. No partial returns allowed.
- If you fail to hand over the item at the time of arranged pickup, you must self-ship the product.
- All return/exchange requests must be raised through your JHAAR account – not via email, social media, or phone.
- If your order had a discount and you return part of it, the refund will be adjusted based on the revised order value.
- If you don’t return the product within the set timeline after raising a return request, only store credit will be issued – no refund.
- When returning, always take a receipt from the courier (physical or digital). This is proof in case of lost shipments.
- Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days of receiving the item at our Pune warehouse.
Products not eligible for return/replacement:
- Physically damaged items.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Partial returns under B1G1 / B2G2 offers – entire set must be returned.
Note: If you're claiming a missing item, the unboxing video is mandatory.
