Refund & Exchange Policy
At JHAAR, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering a smooth shopping experience. Below is our customer-friendly policy for returns and exchanges:
Return Policy (7 Days)
We offer a **7-day return policy** under the following conditions:
- If you receive a product in damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately email us at info@jhaar.in with your Order ID.
- We'll send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
If you simply do not like the product:
- You must raise a return request within **7 days** of delivery by logging into your account on our website. Use the same email ID used during the purchase to log in or create an account.
- Use the "Return / Exchange" option in your account dashboard.
- We’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
Note:
- Return requests via email, social media, or phone will not be accepted.
- Pickup is arranged only once. If you miss it, you must self-ship the item.
- If you've ordered multiple products and return some, refund will be calculated based on applicable discounts on remaining items.
Important Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within **7 days** of receiving the product.
- If the return is not completed within the specified time, no refund will be issued – only a credit note will be given.
- Always take a pickup receipt (physical or SMS) when handing the product to the delivery agent. This is mandatory in case of lost shipments.
- Refunds will be processed within 4–7 working days after the product reaches our warehouse in Pune.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Physically damaged products.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Products with fall/styling work.
- Return/exchange requests made after **7 days** of delivery.
- Items that have already been exchanged once.
Exchange Policy (10 Days)
- You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving the product via your JHAAR account.
- We’ll arrange a doorstep pickup and dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days after receiving your item.
Please Note:
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, you’ll receive a coupon code for the value of your returned item, and pay the difference during checkout.
- If exchanging for a lower-value product, the balance will be issued as a credit note.
- No further exchange or return is allowed for an already exchanged item.
- Discounts are not applicable on exchange orders.
Policy Updates
We may update our credit note or wallet system to improve convenience and fairness. All changes will be made with customer benefit in mind.
